What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice from Japan. The term “Reiki” combines the Japanese words Rei, meaning “universal,” and Ki, meaning “life energy.” This technique uses gentle touch or hovering hands to channel energy through the body, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and balance of mind, body, and spirit. It is believed to release energy blockages that can lead to illness, allowing the body’s natural healing abilities to restore inner harmony.

What to Expect

In a Reiki session, the practitioner channels universal life energy to support healing, using hands-on or hovering techniques without additional tools like crystals or sound healing. The client remains fully clothed and lies comfortably as the practitioner works to clear energy blockages and restore balance. Sensations like warmth or tingling may occur. At the end, the practitioner and client may discuss any intuitive insights and reflect on the session’s experience.

How early can someone book?
Clients can schedule appointments up to three months in advance. It’s recommended to book early to secure your preferred time and date.
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the service.
Clients are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their appointment to allow time for check-in and to relax before the session begins.
New clients will receive an intake form via email upon booking. This form should be completed before the session to help the practitioner customize the treatment based on your specific needs and health considerations.
