Join your community for a week of classes around Huntsville!

Light on Yoga Fitness has partnered with local businesses to provide FREE classes at all your favorite spots around town!

From Monday, May 5 through Sunday, May 11, you will be able to join your favorite instructors for all levels classes which are open to anyone to join. Walk-ins are always welcome! If you haven’t registered online for an offsite class, you’ll have the opportunity to sign a waiver before class begins.

FREE IN STUDIO YOGA!

During Huntsville Yoga Week, in-studio yoga classes at Light on Yoga Fitness will be completely free, while aerial yoga classes will be available for just $5 per class. Registration for both in-studio and aerial classes can be completed through Mindbody.

Do I need to be experienced in yoga to participate?

No prior experience is necessary to participate in Huntsville Yoga Week. Classes are designed to accommodate practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, water bottles, and any other props they may need for comfort or support during practice. Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement is also recommended.

To stay updated on Huntsville Yoga Week news, events, and announcements, you can follow the official event website and social media channels. Additionally, you may sign up for newsletters or email updates from the organizers to receive notifications about upcoming events and schedule changes.

Bring Your Mat!

Please bring your own mat and towel for any classes you plan to attend.

Arrive Early

Plan to arrive 10 – 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin.
