Light on Yoga Fitness has partnered with local businesses to provide FREE classes at all your favorite spots around town!
From Monday, May 5 through Sunday, May 11, you will be able to join your favorite instructors for all levels classes which are open to anyone to join. Walk-ins are always welcome! If you haven’t registered online for an offsite class, you’ll have the opportunity to sign a waiver before class begins.
During Huntsville Yoga Week, in-studio yoga classes at Light on Yoga Fitness will be completely free, while aerial yoga classes will be available for just $5 per class. Registration for both in-studio and aerial classes can be completed through Mindbody.







This program, also known as CAYAC, is for young cancer survivors between the ages of 18-35 years old. This group provides the opportunity for young adults to meet and share their stories and provide emotional support and assistance when returning to work or school. CAYAC usually meets monthly on Tuesday nights at a time and location decided by the group. They may have a guest speaker, go out to dinner, or just grab a coffee one night.
