What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice from Japan. The term “Reiki” combines the Japanese words Rei, meaning “universal,” and Ki, meaning “life energy.” This technique uses gentle touch or hovering hands to channel energy through the body, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and balance of mind, body, and spirit. It is believed to release energy blockages that can lead to illness, allowing the body’s natural healing abilities to restore inner harmony.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a holistic wellness system rooted in ancient Indian traditions over 5,000 years old. It focuses on the balance between body, mind, and nature’s rhythms to promote health and well-being. Ayurveda taps into the body’s innate intelligence and healing abilities, aiming to restore harmony and address the root causes of imbalance or illness.
